Susan is currently the National Director of Hand Therapy for Select Medical’s outpatient division where she supports over 500 clinicians providing hand therapy in 32 states. Susan’s experience includes: clinical care, teaching at the university and post-professional levels, mentorship, research, program development, author, committee work in ASHT and international medical volunteer. Susan has provided over 150 lectures nationally and internationally, has published in journals and textbooks, has been the invited guest speaker at national and international meetings, serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Hand Therapy (JHT) and the HTCC board. She received the American Association of Hand Surgery’s Vargus award in 2018.
