Sarah Buday, PhD

Sarah Buday is a pain psychologist in practice at the Washington University Pain Management Center and an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and supportive approaches. In addition to chronic pain, Dr. Buday provides evidence-based interventions for depression, anxiety, adjustment to chronic illness, health behavior change, stress management, and other areas of concern.
