John Lubahn, MD

John Lubahn MD attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University. This was followed by a 2 year internship in General Surgery at the University of Rochester, a 3 year Orthopaedic residency also at the University of Rochester, and finally a one year Hand Fellowship in Louisville at the Christine Kleinert Institute which included one month in Hamburg Germany with Dieter Buck-Gramco in Pediatric Hand Surgery. Since completing his fellowship, he has been in Erie Pennsylvania with appointments at Hamot Medical Center, Shriner’s Hospital for Children, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center. During his years in Erie, he has served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics, Program Director for the Orthopaedic Residency, Program Director for the Hand Fellowship, and Chief of Staff at the Shriner’s Hospital.
