Caroline  Stegink-Jansen, PT, PhD, CHT

Dr. Caroline Jansen has 40 plus years of clinical experience in general private practice, acute care, being a data collector in in hand therapy research project in Amsterdam, homecare, treating hand and upper extremity patients in clinical practice, hand rehabilitation research, and education. She has provided clinical services at the Shriners hospital for Children as volunteer physical therapy specifically to those with congenital brachial plexus injuries. Currently, she serves in the Research Committee in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation as adjunct faculty in the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch, in Galveston, TX. She received her Hand Therapy Certification in 2007, was recertified in 2012.
